I was immediately surprised by the number of distributions, but it turned out that Steam only works on Ubuntu. Before installing, I was most afraid of the driver, because I had a laptop and I needed a bunch of drivers and that surprisingly, I did not have to put any drivers at all, was called “out of the box”, except for the video card. Everything works quickly and even on my relatively old computer. But only one thing embarrassed me – the lack of a video editing program for me, but this is not so important.
What do you think is Linux as a game platform? What restrains you from the transition to Linux and whether Valve will be justified?
